Repository structure

The DMQC-PCM repository is structured into 3 folder:

• OWC-pcm: the version of OWC software including the PCM option. You can learn how to use this option in Link with OWC section.

• PCM-design: containing the classification notebooks (Classif_ArgoReferenceDatabase.ipynb and BIC_plot.ipynb) and the PCM_utils_forDMQC library.

• docs: includes a notebook with examples.
