Repository structure
====================

The DMQC-PCM repository is structured into 3 folder:

- **OWC-pcm**: the version of OWC software including the PCM option. You can learn how to use this option in *Link with OWC* section.

- **PCM-design**: containing the classification notebooks (*Classif_ArgoReferenceDatabase.ipynb* and *BIC_plot.ipynb*) and the *PCM_utils_forDMQC* library.

- **docs**: includes a notebook with examples.
